1. IHEP Library is convinced that Russian should be a real Internet working language. It is especially applicable to our information service basically intended for Russian laboratories.

2. IHEP Library has no responsibility for teaching users how to install or use Russian on their computers. We believe there is System Support Team in each laboratory which earns some money from its employer and is sufficiently skilled to deal with russification.
