Extraction of a beam of protons, scattered elastically by internal targets with intensity $\geq5\cdot10^{10}$ particles per cycle to the Tagged Neutrino Facility was realized simultaneously with extraction of secondary particle beams for other experiments. This gives one the real the opportunity to begin an experiment for searching the rare decays of K-mesons at this setup. The efficiency of extraction was $\geq25$\% which is several times higher than that reached earlier for analogous regimes. The electrostatic deflector was used in the extraction scheme.
