We analyze the theory of particle dechanneling on the defects of dislocation nature in crystals. The dislocation dechanneling of protons in high energy range in the long curved crystals has been investigated by means of computer simulation. The prospects for the multi-TeV applications of the bent crystals are discussed. The requirements for the crystal lattice perfection are formulated.
