The electromagnetic calorimeter module with semiconductor detectors has been designed with the summing of detectors signals using an artificial delay line. This allows one to reduce the number of amplifiers per a module to the one without making worse the time response of the calorimeter. The output impedance of a module has been matched to 50 Om cable using a transformer.
