The software for quality control of modules of the Hadron End Cap Calorimeter for the detector ATLAS is de-scribed. The system was developed at IHEP (Protvino) with the following equipment: IBM PC, KEITHLEY-2000, KEITHLEY-7001, HP-4263, GPIB, by using TestPoint as a programming tool. The methods of measure-ments with an automatic data acquisition are considered. The test results for the calorimeter modules, which have been assembled at IHEP, are given.
