This report is announcement of the specialized package for application into {\sl Mathematica} environment. The package consists of the data base, containing 100 physical constant values (recommended by CODATA and/or Particle Data Group in the main), interpreter of the constant values and data presentation module. This package one can consider as enhancement of the {\sl Mathematica} standard package {\sf Miscellaneous`PhysicalConstants`}. It includes more constants and presents more complete data set (mean value, uncertainty, relative uncertainty).
