Charge asymmetry of the Dalitz plot parameters $g$, $h$, $k$ have been measured for \kdc\ decays using 35 GeV/c kaon beams at the IHEP accelerator. The parameters obtained for $K^+$ and $K^-$ decays appeared to be equal within errors quoted. In particular the charge asymmetry $A_{g} = (g^{+} - g^{-})/(g^{+} + g^{-})$ of the Dalitz plot slope is equal to $ (0.2 \pm 1.9)\cdot 10^{-3}$.
