Thermostating System of Precision Vertex Detector SVD

Thermostating flow system of microstrip silicon vertex detector has been built. It uses vapouring nitrogen as refrigerant. The system allows to change the temperature inside the detector in the interval of +5 ÷ +15oÑ and to maintain its with precision of about 1oÑ. The quantity of water inside the detector under these conditions don’t exeed 1·10-6 ppm.
