The filter for selection of events with decaying vertex near interaction point is described. It use microstrip vertex detector data only. The relevant resolution is considered for several coordinate reconstruction procedures. The applications of the methods are illustrated on an example of model calculations in a program GEANT and on resulting of handling data of experiment E-184.
