A device for digital temperature measurement with TSP and TSM sensors is described. A switching circuit for number of such devices to PC threw RS485/USB adapter also is given. The apparatus is implemen-ted for vacuum pump motors temperature measurement on the Cryocomplex of the RF SC Separator.
