The user level software of the diagnostic system for the extracted beams of the U-70 accelerator is described. The components of this software are considered: the graphic interface, Web sites, data archiving, the access to archives, the data transfer to the experimental setups etc. The software is running under Linux operating system. The users may work under another operating system, for example, MS Windows.
