Registration modules for wire chambers and scintillating hodoscopes LE-73 and LE-78 in MISS system are described. Using Altera FPGA helped to create several different variants of the functioning units and adapt their work to the specific demands of various physics setups. Presence of high speed internal memory allowed us to construct time-to-digital converters with "common stop" and 5 ns step and store data in the internal FIFO.
