Abstracts
The experimental distributions in the transverse momentum components of secondary particles is compared with the predictions of the hydrodynamical theory of multiple particle production. It is found that the predictions of the one dimensional theory for a final temperature of Tfin = mc2/k (m is the π-meson mass) agrees satisfactorily with the experimental data. This permits one to draw some conclusions concerning the nature of π-π interaction.
