Abstracts
The indications that of 53 V-particles observed in a cloud chamber some are longer lived (10-9 sec) than others (10-10 sec) is supported by an analysis of two V events with a secondary of mass 1300-2300me, and consistent with the decay of a heavy V1+ into p 0 + (Q ~ 40 MeV). (Science Abstracts, 1953, 5104. W. J. Swiatecki).
