The measurements of single-spin asymmetry $A_n$ in inclusive $\pi^o$-production
on a transversely polarized hydrogen target are proposed in the paper.
The experiment is supposed to be carried out on 40 GeV $\pi^-$-meson and
70 GeV proton-beams in the negative $x_F$ and $1
