The paper suggests the scheme that can be taken as the foundation to design the certification method for unique technical machines. The indications which can help a future user to estimate machine readiness for user's practical aims are discussed. The novel system of machine state estimating is described, the conditions of this system practical applicability are formulated. Three groups of factors that most influence the indications are discribed.
