Composite Scintillators for Presice Calorimetery

The main parameters of composite scintillators based on polystyrine filled with CeF$_3$, BaF$_2$, PbF$_2$ have been studied. Monte-Carlo study of energy resolution of electromagnetic calorimeter made of heavy composite scintillator has been performed. The results of analysis show possibility of development of electromagnetic calorimeter with energy resolution better than $\frac{\dis 5\%}{\dis \sqrt E}$ made of composite scintillators. The different methods have been considered to improve light yield and transparency of such type of scintillators.
