The position resolution of PbSc electromagnetic calorimeter PHENIX was studied in the energy range of 0.5 -- 8 GeV for the angles of incidence $0 \div 20^0$. The features of electromagnetic shower position reconstruction for non orthogonal incidence are discussed.
