Switched Refrigeration System of Liquid Hydrogen Rapid Cycling Bubble Chamber
Protvino, 1998.- p. 20, figs. 7, tables 3, refs.:15.

The switched refrigeration system for the liquid hydrogen rapid cycling bubble chamber is considered, which removes the heat load during a series of expansions of a chamber in a beam with the duration of 1s and allows one to increase the depth of intrusion in the region of methastability up to the track bubble density of 240 cm**(-1) with the bubble diameter of $15\div 20$ $\mu$k. Simultaniously an expansion rate can be increased up to 100 Hz, and when necessary the durution of the series of expansions in the beam can be extended up to 10 s.
