Arguments are presented that available experimental data on structure functions of processes $ep \to eX$ and $e^+e^- \to p(\bar p)X$ do not confirm the so called ``reciprocity relation'' obtained in the LLA approach of the perturbation theory. It is also shown that the asymptotic relation of these processes obtained under more general considerations does not contradict experimental data.
