On Possibility of Experimental Study of Rare $\eta$-, $\omega$-, $\eta'$-Meson Decays at the U-70 Accelerator
Protvino, 1999.- p.24, figs.16, tables 9, refs.:39.

The emboding ability of experiments at the U-70 accelerator (IHEP, Protvino) for seeking and study of critical for the modern theory rare neutral $\eta$-, $\omega$-, $\eta'$-meson decays at a qualitively new level of statistical accuracy is considered. This is achieved by building a specialized setup with applying produced meson tagging, using electromagnetical calorimetry on the base of PbW04 crystalls and ataching of neural net approach at the stage of data processing. The experiment has been simulated by the Monte Carlo method, which showed its high sensitivity to the rare decay detection increasing essentially the currently existing world results.
