The use of TLD for the passive integral radiation monitoring at the IHEP accelerator is presented. The measurements are based on the passive radiation monitor with Li$^6$F \& Li$^7$F and IKS detectors. The results of radiation measurement around the accelerator and the town of Protvino are considered.
