The setup for input control of materials used in a mechanical structure of SCT ATLAS modules is described. Thermal conductivities of AlN-ceramics, thermopirolitic grafite and glue layers "Elastosil" and "Araldite rapid" were measured. The results of measurements are in agreement with the data from nother laboratories.
