To estimate radon gas emission from various kinds of construction materials the 226Ra emanation coeffi-cients were measured by the gamma-spectrometry method. It has been concluded that radon gas emission check-up is a compulsory procedure, expecially for the construction materials containing the industrial waste (ashes, stags).
