The article states that in the Relativistic Theory of Gravity (RTG), in contrast to the General Relativity Theory (GRT), the covariant conservation law for the energy-momentum density of matter in Riemannian space can be reduced to the covariant conservation law for the energy-momentum density of matter and gravitational field taken together. Just this fact provides the localizability of the gravitational energy.
