The installation for measurement of parameters GaAs detectors with the following basic parameters is described:

• measurable currents - from 10 pÀ up to 650 nA; measurable capacity - from 0,1 up to 2500 pF;
• frequency of modulation - from 20Hz up to 6 ÌHz;
• bias voltages - from 1000V up to + 1000 V;
• temperature of the detector - from + 60 up to -20 0 Ñ.
