The paper describes the electronic modules set for the multiwire proportional chamber (MWPC) read out system. The set consist of on-chamber modules of preamplifier-shapers, transmission cables (used also as a delay line) and 64-channels digital modules in a central racks. Each channel includes rotary memory as a addition delay line for precision time adjastment. The memory allows also to see pre-history of evens and after hardware processing to send into computer only compressed useful data. The set allows to encode the addresses of the hit wires of MWPC which are used in high-intensiti beams of 70-GeV IHEP accelerator (up to 10 6 hit/wire per sec).
