Calibration of Scintillation Trigger Detector of the Forward Muon System for the D0 Experiment at Fermilab

The LED calibration procedure of the forward muon trigger scintillation detector for the D0 experiment at Tevatron (Fermilab, Batavia, USA) is described. The signal amplitude variations averaged over 4214 counters do not exceed 4% with sigma of 10% over a period of 4 years. Calibrated timing is stable within 0.23 ns with sigma of 0.52 ns over the same period of time. The calibration based on measurement of counters amplitude response from muons produced in proton-antiproton collisions is presented as well. The amplitude variations over a period of 4 years do not exceed +3%-9%.
