In the framework of the theory of turbulent submerged jets flow the calculational method of the heat mixing exchanger for thermostatting flow system is worked. It permitted depending on chooses constructive characteristics of the heat exchanger to estimate the quality of heat evacuation process (i.e. expecting distribution of temperature in an area of microstrip detector). By created method the analysis of the action of this exchanger type is worked and it is examined the perspective for his application to the work at a forced regime. It is realized the comparison of calculated data with experimental data received in precedent run.
