Questions of processing of a working surface of wave electrodes of the linear accelerator with with Radio Frequency Quadrupole focusing by methods of shaped milling and shaped planing are considered. Lacks of a method of shaped milling are resulted. Necessity of application of shaped planing is proved. Results of processing of a working surface of electrodes by a planing method shaped cutters are shown.
