A mathematical model of the gamma-spectrometer based on high purity germanium detector has been constrained using comparison of calculated and experimental values of photon registration efficiency. The method and calculational program for accounting of the coincidence correction in low activity measurements for radionuclides with complex decay schemes have been created. Present work allows to calculate photon registration efficiency in those cases when working standards for considered cases are absent and to take into account the cascade summing correction of experimental data.
