Adjustment and Characteristics of Linear Array GaAs Detector of The X-ray Scanner

The measurement of the optimal working conditions of the X-ray scanner with micro strip GaAs detectors was done and the procedures of primary detector’s array signal lining and post-process adjustment of the sensitivity to the X-ray flux were developed. There were estimated several X-ray detector parameters such as: the spatial resolution, the contrast and the dynamic range. Results are better than one obtained from the previous X-ray scanner with linear array of GaAs pad detectors.
