Different versions of the track system as well as methods of the energy measurement for the proton computed tomography are considered. It is shown that the possible angular resolution of the track system varies in the range $1\div 6$ mrad. when the proton energy changes from 350 to 50~MeV. The proton energy measurement is considered in the case of the total energy absorption detector as well as range detector. In both cases for total energy range of $50\div 350$ MeV the relative energy resolution of $1.\div 1.5$ \% is achievable.
