The method of measuring the real and critical coefficients of ion stimulated desorption of hydrogen and nitrogen in the vacuum chamber of synchrotron U-70 has been developed. The possible role of argon during desorption is evaluated. The results are confirmed by the solutions of equations, and by graphs constructed according to the experimental values of the sputter-ion pumps discharge currents.
