Current work describes the construction of the x-ray scanner and it’s main subsystems, responsible for correct image acquisition and the structure of the software to control these subsystems. Basic procedures and algorithms for detector’s data correction have been shown, specifically the algorithm for dark current compensation which required for maximum dynamic range of the signal and the algorithm of normalization of different detector’s x-ray sensitivity. These algorithm are required to obtain a good quality results.
