A stand for measuring the secondary emission parameters has been designed to study the influence of various technological factors and vacuum conditions at the secondary emission of SC materials. The stand is composed of the operating and sluice chambers separated with a vacuum lock of unconventional construction. The stand electronic system provides the scanning of the working surface with a charged particle beam to estimate the composition of admixture at the places of high emission. A four-net quasispheric energy analyser of Auger-electrons was employed.
