The paper presents the solution of equation of charged particle notion in the external electromagnetic field, i.e. the superposition of stationary-uniform magnetic field and that of plane electromagnetic elliptic-polarized wave as the solution of the initial value problem. The resonance case is considered. The analysis of this solution is considered.
