Analytic QCD Running Coupling Constant and Minimality Principle for Nonperturbative Contributions in Ultraviolet Region
Protvino, 1997. - p. 17, tables 2, refs.: 28.

The problem is studied if "freezing" of the QCD running coupling constant in the infrared region is consistent with the equations of motion. It is shown that "freezing" is not realized if the transverse part of the three - gluon vertex does not contain the kinematic singularities. Then the running coupling constant is modified taking into account the formulated minimality principle for the nonperturbative contributions in the ultraviolet region. It is shown that the requirements of asymptotic freedom, analyticity, confinement and the value of the gluon condensate are compatible in the framework of our approach.
