In historical retrospect the priority of Henri Poincaré as a founder of the Special Relativity is urged. The expression of the Relativity Principle different from that of A.Einstein is given and the way to obtain the Lorentz transformation as a direct consequence of the relativity principle without need for an invariant velocity of light is shown. The existence of nonzero mass of photon being in no contradiction with Poincaré's relativity principle rather than Einstein's one is noticed.
