The paper describes 16-channel charge-to-digital converter, which is intended for build-up of multi-channel electronic recording systems in experimental and methodical installations of high-energy physics. The converter sensitivity is 0,25 pC/count, dynamic range is 12 bit, integral nonlinearity is 0.1\%. The description of the skeleton diagram and main specifications of the unit are presented.
