The approach to the choos of the EDA-tools is proposed. This tool will be used at existing integrated system of design and production of electronics. The basic conception of the design driving by rules (electrical including timing and electromagnetic, thermal and constructional) is choosed. The existing EDA-tools (for WINDOWS) and tendency of their improvment are discussed.
