The design description air pulse transformer of anode modulator for HF power system ions linear accelerator is presented. The fabrication method pulse transformer is described. The compound with optimal parameters for vacuum filling high-voltage part of transformer (coil) is selected. The degassing plant and test desk for control dielectric strength filled coil are described. The technology and method high-voltage test of coil are given.
