Abstracts
A damping method of the synchrotron and betatron oscillations of the heavy particles is proposed. Method is based oh the effect of the sharp rise of the cross sections of heavy particles interactions with electrons at small relative velocities. It is shown that this method can be used to compress and accumulate proton and antiproton bunches.
