Abstracts
Results of differential cross-section measurements for the elastic scattering of protons on protons and deuterons are given for energies 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 GeV. The investigated region of momentum transfers is 3103 GeV2/c2 < |t| < GeV2/c2. Data on the magnitude of the real part of the elastic scattering amplitude are obtained from measurements of the Coulomb and nuclear scattering interference: we have ReA/ImA = -0.25 0.07 for Ekin = 10 GeV and ReA/ ImA = -0.17 0.07 for Ekin = 2 GeV. The experimental results are compared with predictions following from dispersion relations.
