Abstracts
An estimate of mass, 990 me ± 12% is obtained by the method of elastic collision for a penetrating particle photographed at 1000 m altitude. Other particles in the same series of photographs show collisions consistent with the normal meson mass. (Science Abstracts, 1947, 2927. J. G. W.).
